ü The MAVERICK Deceptively Simple One Page Marketing Plan: Get everything you need in one simple document. You’ll fill it out with information specific to your business, your marketing needs and YOUR future clients. Includes identifying and documenting:
o 1 Learn the Super Smart Formula for creating 30 & 60 second commercials, cocktail party introductions and basic marketing pieces
o 2 Develop two Customized Strategies to deal with your biggest marketing challenges
o 3 Identify your best Path to Purchase Strategies to make it easy for your clients to buy from you
o 4 Find and deal with four specific obstacles that make it hard for your clients to buy from you
o 5 Identify, Develop & Refine five of the most important messages for YOU to communicate about your business (Core Marketing Messages)
ü Content for 2-3 Marketing Pieces: You’ll also have time to develop the content for 2-3 marketing pieces—anything from web pages, brochures, voice-mails, response emails, 60 second commercials etc.
ü Basic Referrals Training: While everyone knows good referrals are one of the best and smartest ways to get new clients, most people do NOT know the secret to getting great referrals. There are 2 main reasons why people who know you and love you/your service do not refer you. There are a variety of strategies for overcoming those two problems and in this course you’ll learn not only what those 2 big challenges are but also the most simple & easy to apply ideas for getting beyond those challenges.
ü Learn the Fundamentals of Effective, Modern Marketing: No more high pressure, no more pushing. Start relating to your potential clients like real people. In this seminar, potential clients are intelligent people who either are, or are not, looking for you and the services you provide. Learn specific, efficient, no-cheese strategies for connecting with your best clients.
ü Complete an In-Depth Marketing Profile for Your Business: Learn who you really are the eyes of your clients and why they do business with you. Clearly identify your smartest target market and learn how to speak their language about their problems and your solution. This profile also includes detailed work on the WAYS in which people connect with you and hire you, as well as the challenges they encounter as they work to become your client. In all, this in-depth profile will provide you with new insights into how your business works from a marketing perspective. With those insights, you can strategically refine your systems to make it easier to get more clients.

Saturday, October 18th in Denver 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
In preparation for our day long workshop, there will be an hour long conference call and homework to complete BEFORE CLASS. This homework will take most people between 2-4 hours to complete. I will make 2-3 conference call times available to accommodate everyone in the class. You must attend one of the conference calls in order to participate in the class. For now, the two times available are:
o September 23rd (12 noon to 1 p.m. M.S.T.)
o October 7th (12 noon to 1 p.m. M.S.T.)
“Everything” is an INTENSIVE WORKSHOP for professionals who sell services and want to create a smarter sales and marketing process.
WHO Should Participate: People who SELL SERVICES and work on commission OR are the primary source of revenue for their service company Ex: Financial and Life Insurance Sales, Attorneys, Coaches, Trainers, Consultants, Real Estate Agents, Acupuncturists, etc. (see below for an expanded list)
Specifically, this course will be brilliant for people who are making the calls and doing the work, but not getting the # of new clients or quality of clients they want.
Additionally, we will not simply be putting together newer better brochures. You’ll learn to think about connecting with clients in a whole new way. Once we’ve retrained your brain, you’ll be equipped to create much sharper, more effective materials and strategies. And if you’d like additional help doing so, I’ll offer one-to-one time at discounted rates for class participants.
WHO is in Charge: Alecia Huck of MAVERICK & COMPANY. She has worked with many different service providers to develop and refine their marketing, making it easier to get more of the clients they want. She implements and uses this material to create her own referral based marketing program. She is AWESOME, just ask around.
HOW MUCH: $750.00
To do this work individually, you would typically invest between $1500-$3000+. You can get the entire course for the price of a just a few hours of individual work. Instead of only having someone else do your marketing for you, in this class you will get trained in the fundamentals of service marketing so you'll be able to develop effective materials and strategies ongoingly.
